Please go through this checklist to see if your blog contains any of the following in the naming of your blog title, your URL address, and your “about me” section:

Your last name
Your age
Your Address
Email address
Cell number
Hangouts
Weekend plans

If so, please make the correct changes or else you will not receive credit for your blog.
